Crossroads Pregnancy Center will host their Bike for Life cycling event on Saturday September 17th. Their Facebook event page offers this description:
Our Bike for Life event offers a route for serious bikers (17.8 miles) and a family-friendly route (7.4 miles) along the Paint Creek Trail. The event will take place on Saturday, September 17th. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Kiwanis Pavilion located in Rochester Municipal Park with the Bike for Life starting at 9 a.m. Bike helmets are highly recommended.
For more information and to pre-register online and download the Sponsored Biker Form, go to www.crossroadspregnancy.org and select the “Bike for Life” button or call Alex at 248.293.0070 x107. All bikers who pre-register by September 3rd will receive a free Bike for Life t-shirt.
There is no cost to participate. Simply ask people to sponsor you and fill in the Sponsored Biker Form. It’s okay if you are unable to obtain sponsors, please join us anyway and “Get moving for life!”
As noted above, this is a free event for participants who are encouraged to get sponsors for their ride.
